Siwa is very photogenic and its mud based architecture is always interesting.
This series of photos were taken around the Shali fort in the oldest part of town at sunset casting long shadows in soft golden light.
Several of these buildings are now being renovated by local men trying to get a wife, a few Cairo businessmen for boutique hotels and a couple of expats wanting their own cool villa.
