If nothing else, New Year provides one with an appropriate opportunity to reflect.
This year on this blog we have travelled on Europe, North America and Africa
Countries have numbered fourteen: England, France, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Namibia, Zambia, South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique, Malawi, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda and Ethiopia. It’s been pretty hectic.
New Year here in Ethiopia is 1st September – where it’ll be 2004!
With Sudan and Egypt still on the horizon before i begin a mini-tour of the Middle-East we certainly aren’t going to let these unfeasibly long legs lag behind in 2011.
2011 will mark my return to the workforce and the end of public blogging, and both Ketchup and ALITD will become anonymous and hidden where they belong in the nether regions of cyber-space.
To those regular readers of ALITD, go live your own lives to their fullest and enjoy a magical New Year.
Humbly, Aubrey

Hey Aubrey, just want to wish you and yours a happy new year. I hope your re-entry into the workforce is short and sweet. There's still plenty to see and do in the world...
